The predecessor of the company was the Fegyver- és Gépgyár Rt. (Weapon and Machinery Manufacturing LTD) founded in 1891. FÉG went trough serious development in the past 100 years. In the 20th century, the factory supplied mainly Central and Eastern European households and industrial companies. FÉG brand became very popular between these customers, because of its high quality and durable products lasting for tens of years.

Since FÉG became a part of MPF Industry Group in 2010, MPF made it a highly profitable corporation. One of the largest heating device manufacturers in East-Central Europe is a market leader in several product categories and we can meet with the FÉG name worldwide. FÉG’s role in MPF Group is the manufacturing of HVAC products, gas industry accessories and white goods. The company inside MPF group has stopped its activity connected to defense industry.
